1.1Release17Documented changes6System areas

PlumHome experience

The family portal is now easier to find and designed for a real desktop workspace.

  • New

Added a prominent PlumHome entry point to the main family dashboard, including direct navigation and a dedicated service card.

  • Improved

Introduced a desktop navigation rail, wider content rhythm, four-column quick actions, and a two-column sign-in experience while preserving the mobile layout.

  • Verified

Checked the public dashboard, sign-in screen, family-home preview, and changelog across phone, tablet, and desktop viewports.

Protected downloads

Active qBittorrent work was preserved through two production restarts.

  • Improved

Upgraded qBittorrent from 5.1.4 to 5.2.3 for current WebAPI, security, and reliability fixes.

  • Protected

Recorded every enabled torrent and force-start flag, stopped transfer I/O cleanly, and created a consistent session backup before recreation.

  • Verified

Restored all 68 torrent records with zero errors and confirmed active downloading resumed normally after both maintenance windows.

Media automation

The core media workflow is current and reporting clean health.

  • Improved

Updated Sonarr to 4.0.19.2979, Radarr to 6.3.0.10514, and Prowlarr to 2.5.2.5491.

  • Improved

Refreshed Jellyfin, Bazarr, Lidarr, NZBGet, and their maintained container foundations.

  • Verified

Confirmed empty health reports from Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, and Prowlarr and valid configuration for both media Compose projects.

VPN & network safety

Gluetun and every service sharing its network namespace were replaced as one guarded unit.

  • Improved

Updated Gluetun and deliberately recreated qBittorrent, Prowlarr, NZBGet, and FlareSolverr against its new namespace.

  • Verified

Confirmed protected VPN egress, DNS resolution, healthy dependent services, and preservation of every torrent hash.

Public edge

Internet-facing services received current security and dependency updates.

  • Security

Updated NGINX Proxy Manager to 2.15.1, including its current OpenResty security fixes.

  • Security

Updated Portainer CE STS to 2.43.0 and completed its guarded database migration.

  • Improved

Refreshed the family landing-page Nginx image and both Cloudflare DDNS updaters while retaining timestamped rollback containers.

Validation & recovery

Every change was gated by backups and end-to-end checks.

  • Verified

All defined container healthchecks pass and every tested public service returns HTTP 200.

  • Verified

Jellyfin still sees the GTX 1660 Ti and its NVIDIA driver for hardware-accelerated playback.

  • Protected

Stored application, torrent-session, VPN, proxy, and Compose rollback material under timestamped upgrade directories.
